Retreat Information for Classes and Crops for A Place to Create.
Saturday October 20th and Sunday October 21st at Ferny Grove Bowls Club.
We hope that you are able to join us for our second
retreat. We are going to bring you some amazing classes at fantastic
value. We are so excited to be able to
build most of our classes around new and exciting stock that has just been
released. If you can’t make it to the
retreat talk to us about available kits for the classes.
How the classes work: You can simply choose the
classes you are interested in and book. There
is no limit to the number of classes as long as you only choose one class from
each session time.
This
retreat gives you the best of both worlds.
Crop to your heart’s content with the opportunity to participate in
classes as you desire- you can just pop out of the crop to attend classes as
necessary. If you do not wish to join in the crop sessions you may just come
along for classes as you wish. Book into
any class in session 2 or 3 on Saturday and you can stay and crop till 11.30pm
for just $15.
No meals are included with class & crop bookings
but can be purchased at the bistro on Saturday. Assorted Sandwiches are
available for lunch Sunday and need to be ordered when making your bookings.
Alcohol and drinks may be purchased from the bar throughout the weekend.
Crops may be attended on either day or you can book
for both. Places are limited Pre Paid bookings are essential to secure your
booking.

The
retreat will be held in the function room at the Ferny Grove Bowls Club, 20
Tramway Street, Ferny Grove Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October 2012.
The
shop will be open from 9am-2pm Saturday to enable you to have time to do any
shopping for the weekend.
Please
ensure you clearly name your tools and equipment.
The
crop for Saturday will commence at midday and you can crop through till
11.30pm- venue closes at midnight. You
can have lunch before you come Saturday or purchase lunch from the bistro menu.
Sundays crop will commence at 9.30 and end at 4pm. Please advise if you require lunch on Sunday.
